Welcome to the blog friends, i have been busy these days with my family so i was not able to post some more fascinating stuffs out here. Today i will like to tell you about some indian people, there style of workout and diet solution. One of my colleague who is a trainer in a well known gym in india, the w.ay workout is totally different from people around the globe. what they do the first month of workout is totally based on doing stretching and light exercise with the client, after that they start the heavy workout in steady speed.
In the first month the newly joined client has to do the surya namaskara, pull ups, then baithaka and and then little bit of jogging and stretching.You might want to know that in the ancient times of indian history the vedas and yog guru used to do namaskara, they lived really a healthier life. Namaskara is supposed to be the best way to keep the body fit.With Namaskara your stomach, brain and full body lifts the pressure so with only one exercise your complete body keeps doing exercise. We will show about the complete details of that in coming days.
As you can see in surya salution the pressure gets on full body. Make sure you are doing it properly , most of the people will face problem while stretching your legs do not worry about it. As time passes you will be able to do it regularly. You can also try some stretching exercises with the help of below video. I am sure after a week or so you will feel the results for yourself, keep increasing the sets and reps. I mean when you are comfortable with 10 reps increase it to 15 and go steady.
